How to lift your spirits:
Spend as much time as possible in the open air. The more intense and the longer your body is exposed to the sun, the better.
Go jogging, walking and cycling regularly in order to boost circulation.
Sleep long.
Take hot and cold showers in the morning (it's not nice but effective!)
Balanced and healthy diet.
Enjoy a short break with your loved one!
